Follow Up My Second Book
As you can see i am very busy writing my second book Called The Spirit Warrior, this book will be bigger with 12 chapters filled with Magical excitement, time travel, and also family life all this based on a normal man who lived a simple life until he was selected by the Fairy Queen as her Warrior this book has lots of illustrations done for me by an artist based in the USA her name is Christina Cartwright she will be on this journey with me bringing the story alive with pictures as you can see above sample of a few of her drawings anyway please keep supporting me by buying my first book and make it a success thank you watch this space for more update my email should you need to write to me personal is paulmusicam@yahoo.com
How I Became A Writer
When i first got the idea to write a book for children i was in my teens, yes many years ago. Then a few years ago I got to work with Thomas Cook as an Entertainer in Ibiza, yes i know what a place to get an idea for a children’s book. After a few weeks of working with 8 girls yes I know and my Manager Iain we were the only 2 male members of the team. As you can imagine there would be lots of arguments with the ladies 6 were dancers and two were singers and myself and Iain were sort of all-rounder. Sometimes i found myself in between two girls holding the peace. Anyway getting back to the story book. I started to write a journal for the 7 months we worked together as some of the girls started to develop individual characters within themselves so one day i said to one of the girls i could write a book about some of the team members and they said why don’t you and please put me in as a character. so after the season was done and we all went our separate ways i thought nothing more until last year when i found the journal. so i started to write on a weekly bases the hard part was to turn some of the girls on the team into fairyland characters. after a year in the making i got a publisher RosDog to publish my first book. it did cost me money as i had to get someone to do the drawings for me and of course putting the book together comes at a cost. i am no famous author so i was not offered any advancements for my book. Although my first book won’t make me rich as there is so many books out there but just to see the finished copy in my hands with my name made me feel good inside. so although the sales are slow i got an idea for my second book which will be bigger 12 chapters and better this time i have asked a professional Chris Cartwright to do all the illustrations for my book and i am very pleased so far with her work. What i find when i am writing my imagination takes over and bring me into the storyline. This takes me out of the real world which sometimes is not good for me. It helps take me into a world where anything is possible. this is why I think children will like this book it is for the older age group where my first book is for the under 7 age group so watch this space for updates and also go to my web page shortstoriesbybyrne.wordpress.com for more details

Hi my name is Micheal thanks to all those who have viewed this webpage and to all the congratulations writing my very first Book i am currently writing my second book which will be for the older children. This is a 12 chapter epic that involves so many characters that i have asked a artist to do all of my art work for the complete book(Christina Cartwright) who i have selected because of her amazing work together we will make this book even better than my last book.
